Brian P. Latimer

For over 37 years, I have been assisting families in New Jersey to navigate the complexities of divorce. I began my legal journey by graduating from NY Law School in 1988, after which I had the privilege of clerking for the late Honorable James A. Kennedy, JSC in the Family Division of Monmouth County Superior Court in Freehold, NJ. Shortly after my clerkship, I joined Jacobowitz & Grabelle PC, a leading Family Law firm in Monmouth County, in 1989. I became a partner in 1994 and dedicated 23 years to the firm before I ventured out to start my own practice in 2012. Throughout my 33-year career, I have focused on Divorce and Matrimonial Law. In the early stages of my career, I was actively involved with the Monmouth County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and the Monmouth County Domestic Violence Working Group Committee. My commitment to community service was recognized when I received awards for volunteer service to the Women's Center of Monmouth County in 1991 and again in 1999. I have also been honored by being voted as one of New Jersey's Best Lawyers for Families by New Jersey Family Magazine/NJfamily.com and have consistently been rated as a "Super Lawyer" and a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Attorney.
