Brian D. Tadros

Brian D. Tadros, Esquire is a long-time Florida resident. He was raised in Jacksonville, FL, which will always be his home. He graduated from the University of North Florida in 2000 before attending law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2004. Before even attending law school, Mr. Tadros worked as a legal assistant for a plaintiff firm in Jacksonville, Florida handling nothing but workers’ compensation cases. In 2006, he relocated to the Central Florida area and began working for a regional, multi-state defense firm doing nothing but defending employers and insurance companies in Florida workers’ compensation cases. After 6 years with this firm, he and one of the owners of the firm decided to step out on their own and start a new firm. He worked for that firm for roughly 6 years doing both work for insurance companies and employers, in some cases, and injured workers in others, before striking out on his own to start a new chapter in his career and life by opening Law Office of Brian D. Tadros, P.A. Mr. Tadros has been a member of the Florida Bar for nearly 14 years. He is AV – Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating is obtained through evaluations by other legal peers who evaluate a lawyer’s legal knowledge, analytical capability, judgment, communication and legal experience. Notably, this is the highest rating available through this process and is indicative of Mr. Tadros’ dedication, diligence and high ethical standards. Additionally, Mr. Tadros is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. This certification permits him to serve as a private mediator.
