Brian Snell

I am the principal of the Law Office of Brian C. Snell located in Marblehead and also work as a REALTOR with The Agency Marblehead. My legal practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Guardianships, and Elder Law. I hold degrees from the University of Massachusetts and Suffolk University Law School. Having recently moved to Marblehead, I have engaged with the community by volunteering with Marblehead Arts during the July 4th Celebrations. Additionally, I transferred my Rotary membership to the Marblehead Rotary Club. Since 2023, I have been serving on the Board of Directors and was also a member of the 100 Year Celebration Committee. Previously, while living in Reading, I was deeply involved in local affairs, serving as a Town Meeting Member, participating in various school councils, and chairing the Reading Council on Aging for over five years. I continue to offer pro bono legal services to the Reading Knights of Columbus, maintain connections with the Reading Rotary, and serve on the Board of Directors of the Reading Coalition for Prevention and Support (formerly RCASA). In addition to serving at a very local level, I serve my wider community through my involvement with Mystic Valley Elder Services (MVES) as the President of the Board of Directors since 2022, after having served many years as a Board Member. I have seen first hand how MVES helps older adults and people with disabilities, both as an Elder Law Attorney and probably more importantly as a family member. Their staff is committed to helping their clients find solutions to the issues that they struggle with and they actually become a member of the family to share a perspective that other family members may not easily see. My wife Linda and I are proud parents to three daughters—Kate, Caroline, and Tricia. I have two beautiful granddaughters, Maggie and Rosie, who pull every heart string available.
