As a DUI and criminal defense attorney, I have always been passionate about protecting the constitutional rights of the criminally accused. Like the story of David and Golieth, I have often felt the government, represented by the police and the district attorney or prosecutor, over extend their power and pursue criminal charges and convictions upon the citizen at any cost. Of course, there are dangerous criminals in this world who must be brought to justice. But too often, overzealous prosecutors over-charge, or forget that sometime officers arrest innocent people and sometimes officers do not tell the truth. I want to expose the corruption and dishonestly in the police and government, where ever it lies, and ensure that the standards of presumption of innocence and proof beyond a reasonable doubt, concepts on which our country was built, do not get gradually chipped away. After passing the California State Bar exam on the first attempt, I became licensed with the California State Bar in 2006. Since then, I have practiced exclusively criminal and DUI defense. I truly care about my clients and I make myself available to them 7 days a week.
