Angela Zinn

Angela has extensive experience as an attorney and mediator. She has worked with couples going through divorce and mediating for almost 30 years. She was certified by the State Bar of California as a family law specialist for the first time in 2001, and as a High Conflict Divorce Coach by the first such program in the US. While her formal experience and knowledge are extensive, those aspects of her professional persona are surpassed in importance by her innate ability to help people through difficult times. Angela is the founder of The Law Office of Angela Zinn and Heather Cutlip, where she provides legal services in family and criminal law to the citizens of Imperial County. In addition, she established The Center for Private Divorce Settlement, specializing in divorce mediation for clients in Imperial County. Expanding her mediation expertise, Angela also launched LikeMinds Divorce Mediation, a Carlsbad-based business focused on facilitating amicable divorce resolutions.
