With more than 20 years of Florida & NY City experience as an attorney, I am dedicated to fight for your legal rights. My family law practice includes divorce, adoptions and custody disputes. My personal injury experience includes complex litigation including a variety of medical malpractice cases. My business law experience includes contracts, franchise law; commercial leases; sales of business entities; and bulk asset sales. I have further expertise in residential real estate sales. I am a graduate of St. John's University School of law. Thereafter, I went on to practice area of complex litigation matters including medical malpractice in Manhattan. After 10 years of practice in Manhattan, I moved to New Jersey, where I continued in the medical malpractice area. A few years later, I became a UFC Gym franchisee, operating 2 franchises in Monmouth County New Jersey. I then moved to Florida and added residential real estate and family law to my complex litigation and business law practice. I further serve the community in my capacity as a volunteer for the Department of Children and Families in Manatee County.
