I am one of the only attorneys in the U.S. who is Board Certified in Trucking Accident Law and licensed in Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Over my career I have served as President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Chair of the Motor Vehicle Collision Section of the American Association for Justice, taught lawyers from the around the Country as a Staff Member of the Trial Lawyers College, served on the Board of Regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and been asked to give presentations in front of lawyers in over a dozen states.
