I am a founding partner at Shook & Stone, where I have dedicated my career to representing injured and victimized clients. Together with my partner, John Shook, we have established a practice recognized for its unwavering commitment to justice and an impressive record of securing millions in verdicts and settlements for our clients. For nearly 30 years, the firm has recovered more than $1 billions in compensation and benefits for clients. I received my Juris Doctor from Loyola Marymount University Law School in Los Angeles and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1995. Since then, I have emerged as a prominent figure in Nevada’s legal community. I am a long-standing member and current Treasurer of the Nevada Justice Association, the state's leading trial lawyer association. On a national level, I am actively involved with the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the largest and most prestigious trial bar association globally. My efforts are in line with the AAJ’s mission to ensure justice for victims and hold negligent parties—be they individuals, corporations, or insurance companies—responsible for their actions. Throughout my career, I have established myself not only as a skilled trial attorney but also as a fervent advocate for legislative reform. I regularly lobby for laws that safeguard consumers and individuals affected by injuries or disabilities. Additionally, as a frequent lecturer, I share my knowledge with fellow professionals, contributing to the advancement of trial advocacy and personal injury law.
