Larry Feinstein

Larry B. Feinstein is a partner in the Seattle law firm of Vortman & Feinstein. Mr. Feinstein specializes in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcy since 1975. He is a Board Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist and since 1992 he has been a Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification. For 12 years, Larry was Chapter 7 Court Trustee for the Western District of Washington. He has represented both creditors and debtors throughout all aspects of a bankruptcy case. Larry is a regular speaker for the American Bar Association on the topic of bankruptcy law. Mr. Feinstein is currently Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the GP|Solo Section of the American Bar Association. During his time as C0-Chair he has been an integral part of ABA's lobbying efforts on the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCA). Previously, Mr. Feinstein served as an officer of the Washington State Bar Association Debtor/Creditor Section and of the King County Bar Bankruptcy Section. Mr. Feinstein's practice serves as a debt relief agency.
