Bernard Jocuns is an aggressive trial attorney serving the entire State of Michigan with his main office located in Historic Downtown Lapeer, Michigan. Bernard's practice consists of: State & Federal Court concentrating in the areas of criminal defense along with all accidents and injuries. Bernard's emphasis is in the areas of DUI Defense, Medical Marijuana Defense and Drug Crimes. Bernard is a Graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Dubuis, Wyoming and has completed Graduate Courses there as well. Bernard is also legal counsel for the Michigan NORML.
