About
A 2004 Hall of Fame graduate of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Dustin went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2006. In 2010, Dustin received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. During his tenure at Mississippi College, Dustin was actively involved in Student Government and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Counseling and Negotiations and awards for his submission to the Nathan Burkan Writing Competition. After passing the Mississippi and Tennessee Bar Exams, Dustin began practicing law in Jackson, Mississippi after externing with Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Randy Pierce. He was admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts of Mississippi and Tennessee, as wellas the Fifth Circuit (2011) and Sixth Circuit (2017) of the United States Court of Appeals. Since entering the practice of law, Dustin has been actively involved in trial litigation involving personal injury and criminal defense. Dustin has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for his personal injury clients; been named to the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Criminal Defense lawyers for five years; and facilitated over $45 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Dustin is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Prentiss County Bar Association. Dustin also serves as the Board Attorney for the Town of Marietta, MS and is a Member and Past President of the Booneville & Prentiss County Main Street Association.
