Maureen Wynne

Maureen Wynne is an Associate Attorney with Landskind & Ricaforte Law Group, P.C., where she focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate litigation, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and elder law. She brings more than a decade of experience assisting individuals and families as they navigate complex legal and financial decisions during times of transition. Ms. Wynne is recognized for her thoughtful and compassionate approach, as well as her ability to guide clients through matters involving long-term care planning, probate and administration, and asset protection. She works closely with families to prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and other essential planning documents tailored to each client’s needs. Her practice also includes special needs planning and Medicaid applications for both in-home care and nursing home care. With a background in accountancy, Maureen offers added value in matters involving probate and estate administration. She regularly prepares accounting proceedings and assists clients with the financial documentation required in complex estate and Medicaid matters. Attorney Wynne earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York, where she concentrated her studies in Trusts and Estates and received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Elder Law. She graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island.
