Justin W. Blow

Justin Blow joined Colorado Estate Matters, Ltd. in 2013 with experience as a criminal trial lawyer, having defended clients with charges from misdemeanor drug charges to homicide. Right now he is the managing partner of Colorado Estate Matters, Ltd., having rapidly learned Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Guardianship/Conservatorship law. He also manages all the litigation for the firm giving our clients the value of his courtroom experience and knowledge. Justin founded and worked as Owner & CEO of The Blow Law Office Ltd., based in Lakewood, Colorado, where he has helped clients in county, state, and federal court. Before moving to Colorado, he was an Attorney and Shareholder in the Live Oak, Florida-based Blow Law Firm, P.A., where he advocated hundreds of cases for clients facing off against the government. Before becoming a Denver estate planning attorney and probate lawyer, Justin was an investigator working in the Fraud Prevention, Criminal Defense, and Death-penalty Mitigation areas. His skill as an investigator has enabled him to locate witnesses and evidence advantageous to his clients. When the government or the opposition doesn’t offer all the relevant facts (and they rarely do), Justin knows where and how to locate them. Justin received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Florida State University. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Colorado and the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
