Matthew Francis Kye

Matthew Kye was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1996. Out of law school, Matthew worked for a boutique commercial litigation firm in New York City for 3 years and then worked for Day Pitney LLP (n/k/a Day Berry LLP) for 7 years. Thereafter, Matthew was a partner in the firm Magnozzi & Kye, LLP. In 2018, Matthew founded Kye Law Group, P.C. Throughout the course of his 20+ years of practice, Matthew has been engaged in the representation of creditors in workout, litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. As a result, he is fully familiar with creditor’s rights under the Uniform Commercial Code and the Bankruptcy Code.
