My law practice is devoted to handling complex commercial real estate matters throughout the United States. I represent both national lending institutions and borrowers in negotiating, documenting and closing mortgage loan and mezzanine loan transactions. I am experienced in representing clients in connection with distressed commercial real estate loans including negotiating forbearance agreements, workouts, restructurings, property acquisitions and dispositions. I also actively represent clients in commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, sale-leaseback and tenant in common transactions.
