Kushner Legal is primarily focused on the areas of estate planning, wills & trusts, and probate work. We work with clients throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. We help clients in all aspects of estate planning through the use wills, trusts, power of attorney agreements, health care directives, and representation agreements. We assist with Probate and Trust administration and can work with you and your family to guide you through the entire process. We have experience administering complicated multi-jurisdictional estates and can help beneficiaries and executors. I'm also licensed in BC Canada and can help British Columbians who own property in California and may be unaware of the unique estate planning instruments offered in the state of California.
