Jillian Anzalone

Jill Anzalone is an Associate in Kurzman Eisenberg Art Law, Corporate, and Trusts & Estates practice groups. Jill’s expansive corporate practice includes entity structuring and corporate governance, financing, asset or stock transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Her work in the Trusts & Estates practice group focuses on planning for closely held entities. As part of Jill’s Art Law practice, she represents sophisticated art dealers in various matters such as auctions and private sales of artworks, lending secured by art portfolios, and loans of the art to international galleries. Jill also has broad experience in commercial lending and financing transactions. Jill serves on the Board of Directors of A-HOME (Apropos Housing Opportunities & Management Enterprises, Inc.).
