My law practice is 100% devoted to the area of litigation. My litigation practice is primarily focused in the areas of criminal defense and consumer litigation. I am dedicated to aggressively defending the rights of those individuals that have been charged with a criminal felony or misdemeanor such as DWI, DUI, traffic tickets, and/or drug charges. Besides DWI & criminal defense, I also provide legal representation to consumers or businesses seeking legal services in areas of consumer law and commercial litigation. Often times, consumers are the victims of abusive, deceptive or fraudulent trade practices by creditors, debt collectors, and/or businesses. I advocate on behalf of consumers to help ensure that consumers' rights are protected and enforced. I practice primarily in the Houston metro area, including Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Montgomery, and the other surrounding counties, however I am able to handle consumer law and criminal law matters throughout the State of Texas.
