Mr. Rios is an experienced and skilled Criminal Defense Attorney with the Kraut Law Group Criminal & DUI Lawyers, Inc. His practice is focused on Criminal Law matters such as DUI & DWI, White Collar Crime, Domestic Violence, and Juvenile Law. Mr. Rios has eight years of experience in the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office, where he has been a leader in the forensic science community. Mr. Rios is recognized by colleagues for both his expertise and exceptional litigation skills. He is committed to providing an aggressive and relentless defense for clients facing criminal charges. In 2005, Mr. Rios obtained his B.A. in History, with honors and distinction, from University of California at Santa Barbara. He earned his J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008, where he was active with the Wisconsin Innocence Project and Wisconsin International Law Journal.
