Steven D. Kramar

Steven D. Kramar's practice concentrates on small businesses, the selection and formation of business entities such as partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, the management and contract issues they encounter, including litigation, as well as matters involving the personal affairs of principals such as estate planning (trusts and wills) and probate and trust administration. Steven represents clients in regard to real estate matters from purchases and sales through disputes concerning the rights and responsibilities of adjoining property owners. Steven has a long history of personal injury practice but does not actively seek cases unless they involve substantial injuries.
