I am an experienced and compassionate attorney who is available to assist Executors and Personal Representatives with estate and trust and probate administration and Probate Court proceedings. I have two Masters in Taxation and many years of experience in handling individual, estate and business tax matters both as an attorney and a CPA. I have a Masters in Tax Law from Villanova and a Masters in Tax Accounting from USC. I have legal experience in practicing with all different types of corporations, partnerships and LLCs as well as choice of entity matters. I believe that it is extremely important to gather client facts and discuss client goals and to communicate my opinion on those facts and goals before the client ultimately chooses the type of business entity.
