Nana Knight

Air Force veteran Nana Knight is an award winning attorney with unparalleled credentials as a former deputy district attorney and military prosecutor, law professor, senior military officer, author, and community leader. Nana graduated from UCLA, where she earned her degree summa cum laude and went on to earn her J.D. at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly, UC Hastings). After law school, Nana served as a U.S. Air Force JAG officer, where she prosecuted complex sexual assault cases and advised commanders on legal matters with state and national implications. She is a California State Bar Board-certified specialist in criminal law, a distinction achieved by fewer than 1% of attorneys in California. As a former deputy district attorney, she prosecuted serious and violent felonies, including homicides, gang crimes and domestic violence. Nana Knight is a published author, legal commentator, former professor of criminal law and procedure, and has trained hundreds of lawyers on military justice and domestic violence topics.
