Cyclone Covey

Cyclone has been practicing law since 2003. In 2019, he founded Kneupper & Covey with Kevin Kneupper. The firm is dedicated to serving consumers who have been victimized by fraud or who have suffered wrongs from companies based on false advertising, breach of warranty, breach of contract, or by violating state and federal consumer protection laws. Kneupper & Covey has handled cases involving the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting, Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, RICO (racketeering), and numerous state consumer protection laws. Cyclone has in depth experience with computer programming and computer systems. He is also an entrepreneur and general counsel for several companies in which he was an investor or founder. This list of companies includes two software companies: Clearwave Corporation (investor, General Counsel) and AgileLaw (co-founder, General Counsel, Product Visionary); a food delivery startup – ClickChefs (co-founder, General Counsel, Chairman); and a counter terrorism consulting company – Valens Global (co-founder, General Counsel). Cyclone's experience working with these companies means that he is familiar with the many systems that companies use, the laws they must comply with, and what companies should do to ensure compliance.
