I exclusively represent workers who have faced injustice at work. My academic background and personal experiences have given me a deep understanding of the barriers to workplace equality for women and those from traditionally underrepresented groups. I am committed to dismantling these obstacles through my legal practice. I handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, with a focus on gender discrimination, issues related to the glass ceiling, and discrimination against pregnant workers and working parents. Over the past three years, I have secured numerous seven-figure settlements, along with hundreds of settlements ranging from the mid-to-high six figures. Before co-founding King & Siegel, I worked at two of the country's top litigation firms where I represented companies in high-stakes regulatory disputes. This experience taught me about the depth of large employers' resources and the tactics they use to delay and deny justice. I use this knowledge to offer personalized, aggressive representation to those who need it most. Outside of my professional life, I am a mother of two children and a grumpy rescue dog.
