Evan Rowe

I am Evan R. Rowe, a dedicated criminal defense lawyer based in Catawba County, North Carolina, where I was born and raised. I graduated from Hickory High School in 2003, earned my undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in 2007, and completed my law degree at the Charlotte School of Law in 2011. I am licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina Federal Court. During my time at NC State, I was a charter member of the Alpha Sigma Phi national fraternity and served on the executive board of the Student Wolfpack Club. While attending law school, I was part of the Trial Advocacy Team and gained practical experience by working with both the District Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office under the North Carolina third-year practitioner rules. I am happily married, a father to a daughter, and a pet owner of two dogs. My leisure activities include traveling with my family, playing golf, and tending to my yard and garden. My professional focus is on criminal law. I am deeply committed to defending the accused and ensuring their voices are heard within the criminal justice system. I strive to provide diligent representation for each client, navigating them through their first or any subsequent legal challenges with care and dedication. Although many cases are settled before reaching trial, I am well-versed in conducting both bench and jury trials in the North Carolina District Court and Superior Court. I prioritize keeping my clients well-informed about their options and the possible outcomes to empower them to make decisions that serve their best interests. Additionally, I hold an executive position in the Catawba County Bar Association and am a member of the American Association.
