Michael Angel Villafana

I am an immigration attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, appeals, and Special Immigrant Juvenile matters. My goal is to make these processes clear and manageable by maintaining steady communication and preparing each case with care and attention to detail. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fresno, in 2017. In June 2021, I completed a Master’s in Legal Studies, and I went on to receive my Juris Doctor from Empire College School of Law in June 2023, graduating as salutatorian. During my time in law school, I was honored with two Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Contracts and Torts, which recognized my performance in those courses. My approach to immigration law is shaped by thorough training and a methodical focus on analysis, particularly in areas where precision and timing are essential.
