Kenneth J Pagliughi

From 2003 to 2020 I served as the Associate General Counsel P&C Div. Northeast region for NFP (formerly BWD) one of the county’s largest privately held insurance brokerages. I have a diverse background with extensive experience in contracts, general corporate, real estate, regulatory, insurance coverage and preventative law matters. I now maintain a private practice which is primarily focused on real estate, insurance coverage and commercial transactions. I am admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York and was previously admitted to the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. I obtained my Bachelor Degree from Adelphi University where I graduated with honors. I obtained my Juris Doctorate from the St. John’s University School of Law and received the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from the American Institute of Insurance.
