Kenneth Eric Morrow

K. Eric Morrow is a native of Durham, North Carolina. In 1984, he received two undergraduate degrees from Emory University. Anticipating a career in public service and after receiving the prestigious Sloan Fellowship, in 1986, he received a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Public Policy Analysis and Management. Eric furthered his higher education by returning to his hometown and receiving a J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Eric has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1989 and the California Bar since 1997 with additional certifications from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Since graduating from law school, Eric has tried over one hundred jury trials and has practiced law in state and federal courts in Georgia, California and Washington, D.C. He began his legal career by serving the State of Georgia as an Assistant Solicitor in DeKalb County and later as an Assistant District Attorney in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. He also served the citizens of the City of Atlanta as an Associate City Attorney working in the Law Department. In 1998, Eric was hired by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in the Defender Services Division to respond to a Congressional mandate to prepare a comprehensive analysis of costs of federal capital habeas corpus cases. Prior to establishing Morrow Law, LLC, Eric was employed as a litigation attorney representing insurance companies in San Francisco, California and Atlanta, Georgia. For sixteen years, he served as Corporate Counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies as a senior trial attorney. Because of his extensive insurance defense experience, Eric is uniquely qualified to represent those injured by the negligence of others.
