Kenneth A. Ziskin

I have 42 years experience in tax, business, banking and estate planning law, including 3 years as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Southern California Law Center. For the past 17 years, my practice has focused on Living Trusts and Estate Planning, emphasizing legal representation of individuals and families in connection with Estate Planning, Living Trusts and drafting and implementing Family Wealth Strategies (sm). I practice in a warm, comfortable environment, where my wife (Hinda) helps to provide the perspective and wisdom of a woman, mother and grandmother to the planning by my clients. I hold an “AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5” rating from Martindale-Hubbell (which states this rating is “a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence”). This peer reviewed rating is awarded to less than 5% of lawyers nationwide. I also hold a perfect 10 out of 10 rating from AVVO. While my strategies have saved millions for my clients, I am proudest helping clients understand their planning options and structure their estates to protect their heirs and perpetuate their values. I have published over a dozen articles in professional journals and periodicals, and have frequently lectured to attorney groups, charitable organizations and governmental agencies on legal topics. I also hosted a TV show for many years on “Beyond the Living Trust” (sm) planning. I am happily married to Hinda, with whom I share three wonderful children and a gorgeous grandchild. I was honored with the Spirit of Life award by the 500 Club of the City of Hope. I have raised money for City of Hope, Stand Up 2 Cancer, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. In college, I was a member of Zeta Beta Tau, and an NCAA All American in swimming.
