Kenneth Kissir

I am an attorney located in Troutdale, Oregon. I grew up in East Portland and graduated from Parkrose High School. My office is here because this is where I live, where my children grew up, and it is close to where most of my clients reside. I have been practicing law in courtrooms since 1996 when I worked as a prosecutor handling misdemeanor and felony cases. I am a former deputy district attorney in Clatsop and Multnomah Counties, and for almost 6 years was in the courtroom virtually every weekday representing the State of Oregon in trials and hearings. Since 2002 I have continued my trial work in private practice as a family law attorney.
