Timothy Long (Tim) is a dedicated defense attorney with vast insight that comes from serving on the other side of the courtroom as a Deputy Prosecutor in Dauphin County and a Senior Deputy Prosecutor in York County. He has managed and resolved more than 1,000 criminal cases, including DUIs, drug offenses, firearms charges, violent crimes, and serious felonies. He has extensive experience at every stage of the criminal process, from preliminary hearings up through jury trials. A Cum Laude graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School, Tim earned the esteemed Trial Advocacy Certificate and completed specialized training in trial strategy, search and seizure, wiretap issues, and narcotics investigations. Tim is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and is an active member of both the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations. When he’s not in the courtroom, Tim enjoys playing music and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking.
