Erica Ashley-Jean Eslinger

Erica Eslinger, Partner and Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, understands first-hand the emotional toll that family law cases can bring. Her guiding philosophy is to advocate fiercely so her clients can emerge from the process as intact as possible. With a blend of thoughtful litigation strategies and dynamic courtroom skills, Ms. Eslinger is dedicated to protecting her clients' well-being and futures. Originally from the Kansas City area, Erica attended the University of Kansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, focusing on child and family psychology—a background that provides her with a unique perspective in family law. She went on to Baylor Law School, honing her skills in trial advocacy and deepening her commitment to family law. After law school, Erica began her career in immigration law at a small firm in Dallas, Texas, but soon confirmed that her true passion lay in family law. In 2015, she returned to the Kansas City area, where she practiced as a Child Support Attorney representing the State of Kansas for three and a half years. During this time, she obtained law licenses in Kansas and Missouri and was promoted to Supervising Attorney for the Kansas Department of Child and Families. In 2018, Erica moved back to Dallas, Texas, which she now considers home, and has since dedicated her practice exclusively to family law. Her achievements have also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2021-2024), by D Magazine as a Best Lawyer Under 40 (2021-2024), and by Best Lawyers in America as "One to Watch" in 2020 and 2021.
