James Kassir

My firm was established in 2004 with my primary legal focus being criminal defense, DUIs, suspended licenses, traffic tickets, traffic accidents, misdemeanors, and expungements. For the last 14-years, I have committed myself wholeheartedly to a thorough and diligent battle on behalf of my clients in order to attain exoneration. I graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004 and opened my practice shortly thereafter. In 2005, I received a Distinguished Service Award from the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services for obtaining asylum on behalf of an Eritrean refugee. My current practice extends through Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane and Lake Counties.
