Armen Kiramijyan

With licenses to practice in California, New York, Texas, Utah, and Washington, D.C., he brings multi-jurisdictional insight and strategic advocacy to complex legal challenges. Mr. Kiramijyan holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. His background in economics enhances his grasp of business, finance, and litigation strategy, providing clients with a unique edge in negotiations and trials. Admitted to the California Bar in 2011, Mr. Kiramijyan has leveraged over a decade of legal experience to earn a reputation for excellence, achieving recoveries of more than $500 million through skilled litigation, settlements, and trials. His areas of focus include civil and business litigation, personal injury, real estate disputes, and intellectual property matters. Renowned for his analytical style and client-focused approach, he customizes each strategy to align with the specific objectives of his clients. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Kiramijyan has served as an adjunct professor at California State University, Northridge, and Glendale Community College, where he taught courses in Business Law, Economics, and Social Science. He is authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
