Juliette Gaffney Dame

Juliette focuses her practice on all areas of domestic relations in southwest Ohio including divorce, dissolution and post-decree matters. Juliette is also trained in the collaborative process which seeks to keep parties out of the courtroom while utilizing neutral professionals including financial experts and family relations specialists to help parties figure out what is the right path for their family. With over 15 years of experience in and out of the courtroom, Juliette does not shy away from litigation but tries to focus on moving families towards a resolution by agreement that they craft themselves, which is more likely to stay in place once attorneys and courts are no longer a part of their lives.
