I am Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation. I handle appeals of any of my trials and have quite a few appellate decisions that are reported decisions in the Florida and Federal Courts. The most recent opinion is Gibney v. Pillifant found at 32 So.3d 784 (2d DCA). I also handle cases in personal injury, defamation, and employment law. My immigration practice is based on Investment Visas and Family Visas as well as naturalization matters.
