Joyce Marie Holcomb

I am a member of the California State Bar since 2006; the San Bernardino County Bar and Association of Certified Family Law Specialist. I am a certified Family Specialist (I am the only female Certified Family Law Specialist in the Cities of San Bernardino, Redlands and Highland). For the past 6 years I have had the Indigent Defense Contract with the County of San Bernardino wherein I was court appointed to represent several hundred of defendants who were charged with Contempt of Court for violation of court orders (typically non-payment of child support). I also represented several hundred military personal under the Service Members Civil Relief Act in which I handled Paternities, Establishment and Child Support Modifications cases. Mission Statement: I take pride in my work therefore I stride to return telephone calls within a reasonable amount of time. I try to be accessible to my clients if they need to speak with me directly. When someone hires me I believe that you to have access to speak with me.
