Joy Anne Bartmon

Joy A. Bartmon, a lifetime resident of South Florida, is a 1980 graduate of the University of Miami Law School, cum laude . She was licensed to practice law in November 1980 in Florida. Her practice concentration is in the areas of family law and mental health law. Included in her practice are Collaborative Family Law, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, dissolution of marriage (divorce), child custody, parenting plans, domestic relations, grandparent custody, extended family custody, stepparent adoption, modification of custody, modification of support, enforcement and contempt proceedings, and mental health law (including Marchman Act and Baker Act).
