Joshua Lipton

Mr. Lipton earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a Minor in Criminal Justice from The University of Central Florida in Orlando. While in school completing his undergraduate degree, he completed the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course at Orlando Harley-Davidson and obtained his Florida motorcycle endorsement. Mr. Lipton went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, a top-ranked law school in the nation for trial advocacy and legal research and writing. After working as a law clerk for several different firms, Mr. Lipton passed the Florida Bar and subsequently joined Fran Haasch Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and is a current member of several legal organizations, including the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), the Florida Bar, the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Lipton is meticulous in carefully preparing every case. He conducts thorough research, works with a team of experts, and does not hesitate to discuss cases with fellow attorneys at the firm. This allows him to provide his clients with a level of care and attention they need and deserve. Mr. Lipton leaves no stone unturned in his efforts to uncover innovative legal strategies that are tailored to each individual client’s unique needs. He focuses on providing consistent communication to his clients, making sure that they remain informed and up to date on all relevant aspects of their case. He communicates complex legal concepts in clear, straightforward terms while working to elevate his clients’ understanding along the way.
