About

I focus exclusively on representing individuals with personal injury and wrongful death claims, or those who have been denied benefits by their own insurance. I have specialized in tort claims and insurance disputes since 2007, after moving to Central Oregon. I have achieved favorable settlements for my clients by aggressively negotiating with insurance companies, and through mediations of more complex claims. I have also received awards through arbitrations in cases when mandated by the circuit court, and have tried cases to jury verdict in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and Grant Counties. I was born in Boise, Idaho, and was raised there for the first part of my life. My family also lived in Redmond, Washington for six years before moving back to Boise, where I graduated from Centennial High School. I then lived in Spokane, Washington for approximately 8 years studying at Gonzaga University. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, with concentrations in Law and Public Policy and Finance, and then my Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, I interned for a general practice law firm and a prominent personal injury attorney, where I began to love civil litigation and pursuing justice for those wronged by the negligence of others. I am grateful to call Central Oregon home with my wife, daughter, and son.
