Joseph Pearl

Mr. Pearl is a dedicated third generation Bakersfield Attorney. He is experienced and effective advocating for clients in a broad array of Consumer Bankruptcy matters. Mr. Pearl also provides skilled representation for complex legal issues in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medi-Cal Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. In addition, he is experienced in areas such as Taxation, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Secured Transactions. Mr. Pearl is committed to exceptional service and legal representation for his clients. In 2000, Mr. Pearl earned a B.A. in Business and Economics from UC Santa Barbara, where he received a five year golf scholarship. He earned his J.D. and LL.M. with honors in Taxation at the Golden Gate University School of Law. In 2006, he was awarded the CALI Award for academic excellence in Secured Transactions. Mr. Pearl was admitted to practice law in California and Nevada in 2007. He is a member of the State Bar of California, CASA of Kern County, National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association, and the Kern County Bar Association.
