After completing her undergraduate coursework, Ms. Pepin enrolled in the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 1989. Currently, she has achieved memberships in a variety of associations, including the Colorado Bar Association, the Boulder County Bar Association, and the Broomfield Bar Association.
