Robert A Flaugher

Rob is a trained mediator and this training, along with his extensive litigation background, has helped him successfully mediate many civil cases in an alternative dispute resolution setting, rather than the more formal and, at times, more intimidating, judicial forum. He is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts; in Ohio and West Virginia, and he has extensive experience representing creditors in the areas of consumer and commercial collections in both states. Rob’s area of concentration also includes the representation of businesses; in general and commercial litigation matters, throughout Ohio and West Virginia. Additionally, Rob is an active participant in the Ohio State Bar Association; Columbus Bar Association; and West Virginia State Bar Association.
