About
Prior to attending law school, Eric served as Vice President of an Ohio hospital and was the Assistant Chief of the Bureau of Managed Care for O.D.J.F.S. where his responsibilities included designing, implementing, and regulating the statewide expansion of Medicaid Managed Care. Eric founded his law firm in 2007 and served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General for 14 consecutive years. Eric's practice is currently focused on Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation cases. Eric earned his bachelor degree from Ohio University (B.S., 1995) and continued his higher education by receiving both his Master of Business Administration and his law degree from Capital University (M.B.A., and J.D. order of curia, 1998). He recently honored to receive the Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award by Capital University Law School.
