Jonathan Tand

Mr. Tand is an aggressive and skilled litigator in all aspects of employment and civil rights litigation. Mr. Tand’s experience includes both federal and state trials, arbitration hearings and trials before administrative agencies. Mr. Tand has also successfully mediated and settled numerous cases on behalf of his clients. He has extensive experience in the fields of civil rights law, employment law, general civil litigation, complex civil litigation, personal injury, education law, and white collar fraud litigation. Since graduating from Hofstra University School of Law, Mr. Tand has developed an expertise and a passion for civil rights and employment law.
