Nicole Newlon is a partner with the firm, concentrating on litigation and is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice, in federal and state courts, appellate, and alternative dispute resolution tribunals. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of real estate and title disputes, contract disputes, professional malpractice, fraud and other tort claims, complex business litigation, corporate and business control litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, and other civil trial and appellate matters.
