John Marshall Jorgensen

John M. Jorgensen is a shareholder in the law firm of Scott, Harris, Bryan, Barra & Jorgensen, PA. He has been a trial lawyer for 40 years, litigating cases in the areas of real estate, business disputes, mortgage foreclosures, banking, landlord tenant, land use, and other related practice areas. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and has the highest AV rating with Martindale Hubble. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1982, and litigates in all state courts in south Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
