I formed John Ferguson PLC to provide attentive and knowledgeable legal counsel to the people for a fair price. Along with providing solid legal representation, I strive to manage the facts in every instance and counsel my clients so they can make good, informed decisions. I practice in Colorado and in Michigan and belong to both Bar Associations. I conduct my law practice on the belief that everyone deserves to understand how the world around them (and the government in particular) will affect them. So often, there are a great many laws that regulate a business. I find my clients need help understanding these regulations so they can avoid a pitfall or take advantage of market conditions. My guidance doesn’t guarantee success, but my first thought is to add value to my client’s idea.
