John Feczko

I started this firm in 1993 and have been an active member of my legal community since 1978. We practice primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, car and truck accident lawsuits, all traffic tickets and general litigation. Our office handles cases ranging from wrongful death to occupational diseases such as mesothelioma, pulmonary conditions and cancer. We have handled serious cases involving amputations, death, paralysis, disfigurement and mild-traumatic brain injury. We represent injured workers from all technical, mechanical, scientific, clerical and professional fields. We have also represented many police officers, firemen and other emergency professionals. Our practice is split between Plaintiffs' work as well as insurance defense. With our insurance defense practice, we are competitive with our hourly rates and offer 1st class service to our clients. We handle personal injury and accident cases on a contingency basis. The majority of our clients are referral based and we do not advertise. We represent workers injured on the job as well as uninsured employers statewide in New Jersey. In fact, many of our clients are small businesses that do not have mandatory workers' compensation insurance. Our firm has a regular presence in workers' compensation courts in Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Hudson and Morris Counties as well as in Superior Court. We regularly serve as arbitrators on uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitrations. We will appear statewide in any Workers' Compensation or Superior Court.
