John E Meerchaum

John E. "Jack" Meerchaum is an experienced agricultural/commercial/real estate attorney. His practice includes the representation of companies and individuals in litigation involving business disputes, real estate and construction, as well as agricultural related matters. Mr. Meerchaum is licensed in California and Arizona. He provides counsel to several agricultural entities in general business and planning issues. He also counsels real estate development companies and companies in litigation avoidance and general business matters. He serves in an advisory capacity and board member to several non-profit corporations. He graduated from Santa Clara University Law School, where he served as Chairman of the Honors Moot Court Judges Committee. He received his undergraduate degree in History from University of California, San Diego where he also participated in intercollegiate baseball, both as a player and as a graduate assistant coach, and remains an avid supporter of that program.
